Sylvain Angerand
Forestry engineer specializing in tropical forestry

Sylvain Angerand is a forestry engineer specializing in tropical forestry. He worked for fifteen years as a forest campaigner for Friends of the Earth France before founding the association Canopée. He has conducted several missions and reports on the impacts of legal and illegal logging in the Congo Basin. He is a member of the Scientific and Technical Council on Forests.
